Polishing Silver

Woke up and had breakfast (where I was told by Booba that the reason I didn't like milk on my cereal was that I havn't had good milk). Offered to take her out to lunch and was turned down emphatically, and was shooed onto a bus back to Mansfield. Got back around 11, at which point I was able to get back online, where the housing situation in Perugia seems to finally be getting straightened out. Spent a while sending off emails to all concerned, and updating this here blog :) Then ended up lounging around inside all day, as it was pouring and Maggie and I couldn't work up the courage to go out. So I ended up having a crash course on polishing brass candlesticks (in the Library, Ms. Scarlett) and watching quite a bit of bad british tv (Hollyoaks, anyone?... and Big Brother, which is so much more amusing over here!). Helped make dinner- lots of garlic- and ate far too much, then watched the news, read some trashy magazines Maggie had been given, then off to bed.
