My attempt to keep a semi up to date log of my life, travels, and forays into gardening, green living, home decoration and whatever else catches my fancy.

One, Two, Three-and-Four...
Wow, later the same day and I am still interested! We're getting close to a record here. Today was a typical Monday, which means that it was hard to get up, but that swimming rocked (as always) and was followed by my desperate dawdle towards Ceramics (which I was actually late to for the very first time today: Bad Emma!). This was followed by a nice lunch at Catacombs, which also rocked, where I ran into Sarah Diaz and Emily Love, who had driven Sarah Pumroy back from her trip home, small world. Then off to more procrastinating in Van Hise (which bore this blog as fruits of my websurfing), then Italian where we practiced our Orals, except one guy from our group was missing, so we had issues. Then back to the studio to pick the pieces off the table that had been too wet to move before, and a little bit of introspection before yoga. Yoga, then a grilled cheese at Union South (which for some reason did not fill me up as much as the ones from Memorial Union do- what gives?) followed by some yogurt covered pretzels which were not nearly as tasty as they looked. Caught up on the reading that didn't get done yesterday, then hung out around the Intermediate class (Lindy-hop) and talked to Mike for a while. Then my class started, which went better than last week, but I maintain that I have been spoiled by good leads and that makes it very hard to dance with beginners. Bald-John told me that I wasn't coming straight in and that I was back-leading, which I knew, but it sort of pushed home that I really need to work on that, so the goal for Wednesday is to try not to do that! Finished off the day with some Italian, and now off to bed...
