I Love My Terrace

So, my body doesn't like staying up till 3. So I slept in late, and was really slow moving all day. But I had such a great time that it was worth it (and found out that I speak amazing Italian after a gin and tonic- and that is not just my opinion, other people told me that without me digging for compliments!). Wandered around town a bit, bought the last of the souveniers and went home. Spent most of the afternoon and early evening cooking another "clean out the fridge" meal, this one bigger than the last, since other apartments pitched in, and a couple people went out and bought stuff (which I think totally defeats the purpose, but did end up with a really good lasagne). Oh, and reading the Da Vinci Code which is really good, and I am so into that it is almost done. So we ate, and ate and ate some more. Hung out on the terrace eating again, and it was sooo relaxing and the sky was gorgeous... Really good night, especially because everyone else helped clean up, so we weren't even stuck doing dishes afterwards! Read some more Da Vinci Code and went to bed.
Note: This is the last entry I'll be able to make until I get back to England on the 4th, as I will be in Rome, and while I'm sure that I'll be able to find internet, I'm also sure that it will be insanely expensive. So you'll just have to wait for stories. But I promise that I will get them up as quickly as I can.
