Church Floors

Ate a rediculous amount of Minneolas today (a really juicy, tart citrus)! And sushi! And chips and salsa! (It was a good food day for me) Had discussion at 11, Italian composition at 2:25. Spent the time between hanging out in the sun (have a nice little burn to show for that: really need to remember to wear sunscreen). After Italian, Kelly and I had our photo shoot thing for the Women's Center, which was really cool. We wore our swimsuits, and some of the pictures look like they will be really cute. I need to write some sort of blurb to go with it, but have no ideas at the moment. Went back to the dorm and watched tv ( Queer Eye for the Texan Guy- Frat House, highly amusing) and changed. Headed down to wander State St (had to walk through the swarms of high school students who are here for the State Forensics meet), but nothing was open, so I wandered through the Overture Center (which is actually pretty cool inside). Went to the Jumptown dance at Grace Church (opening event of the invasion), where I got recruited by Matt to dance in the Slow Lindy competition (with Ken). Glad to know that someone thinks I'm good enough to compete. So we'll see how that goes tomorrow!
